The first step in working together is determining our compatibility. If you’ve taken the time to read this site, you can see how passionate I am about training. I accept clients who bring the same level of commitment to their workouts.

If you are motivated and determined, I will guide and support you every step of the way to your fitness goals. Your initial session will entail a comprehensive fitness evaluation and discussion to determine past health history, current fitness levels, and future fitness goals.

Assessments are made to pinpoint cardiovascular efficiency, body composition, and blood pressure. Functional screenings will also be performed to test range of motion, biomechanical symmetry, and kinetic chain integrity.

This knowledge is fundamental to creating a safe, effective, personalized plan for you. It will also help you start to take ownership of your body and your health.
